Lu is committed to theoretical research, artistic creation and design practice in information art design, teaching of industrial design and related fields. He also serves as a member of the expert group of the national science and technology support program “National Culture, Science and Technology Innovation Project”, expert of key special project of the 13th Five-Year Plan on science and technology. Moreover, he once presided over the design of the reviewing stand for heads of states, the design of Hunan Pavilion of Shanghai World Expo, the national key project of philosophy and social sciences titled “Research on New Media Art Form” and “Research on the Theory and Methodology of Cultural and Creative Products Based on Virtual Reality”, Project “973” of the national science and technology support program titled “Methods Verification and Model Demonstration of Cultural Heritage Protection” , national key research & development plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology titled “Integration and Application Demonstration of Chinese Style Cultural and Creative Products and Intelligent Design Technology”. Lu has served as the editor in chief of the volume on design of Chinese Encyclopedia (3rd edition), organized and planned the 4th “Art and Science International Exhibition and Symposium” and “Beijing International New Media Arts Exhibition and Symposium”, and acted as judge of world-renowned “Red Dot” Design Award and Compasso d′Oro of Italy. He has curated “Art and Science International Exhibition and Symposium” and “Beijing International New Media Arts Exhibition and Symposium”, and co-curated “Anselm Kiefer in China” Exhibition and “Neo-Moroism” Exhibition. As an artist, he has participated in dozens of art exhibitions at home and abroad.

Silvia Piardi教授

Silvia Piardi（米兰，1950年），建筑师兼公关专员，曾任工业设计全职教授，现已退休。目前是意大利米兰理工大学名誉教授和研究伦理委员会成员，清华大学美术学院杰出访问教授。Piardi现在负责米兰理工大学设计学院的一个室内设计综合实验室，也在意大利和国外等大学的硕士课程中开展教学活动。她负责处理项目、技术和环境问题。Piardi设计并指导过办公室设计、海军和航海设计课程。曾担任意大利大学设计大会主席和设计科学协会SID成员，现任意大利工业设计协会（ADI）评委会成员。2011年至2019年，Piardi曾任米兰理工大学设计系主任和学委会成员。

Piardi目前兼任大学和研究部的审阅员，指导“国际设计编辑系列”，是施普林格（SpringerBriefs）编委会成员，曾发表百余篇科学论文。

Silvia Piardi (Milan, 1950) architect and publicist has been Full Professor of Industrial Design, now retired.She is Honorary Professor at Politecnico di Milano and member of the Research Ethics Committee. Distinguished Visiting professor at the Academy of Arts and Design, Tshingua University. She is now responsible for one of the final synthesis laboratories of Interior Design at the School of Design of Politecnico di Milano. The teaching activity is also carried out in university Masters in Italy and abroad. She deals with project, technique, and environment. She has designed and directed courses of Office Design and Naval and Nautical design. She has been President of the Italian University Conference of Design and member of the SID, Scientific Society of Design. She is member of the judging committee for ADI, Associazione per il Disegno Industriale. From 2011 to 2019 she was Director of the Department of Design at Politecnico di Milano and member of the Academic Senate.

Referee for the Ministry of University and Research, she directs the Design International Editorial Series and is a member of the Editorial Board of Springerbrief. She published more than 100 scientific papers.

Luca Guerrini副教授

Luca Guerrini是意大利米兰理工大学副教授，自1993年起一直在该校任职。作为一名经受过专业培训的城市设计师，他在交通和环境设计、室内和空间设计以及文化遗产设计领域都开展了应用研究和项目。

他的研究集中在设计与艺术关系中的空间概念和感知上。

Luca Guerrini is associate professor at Politecnico di Milano where he has worked since 1993. A trained urban designer, he has carried out applied research and projects in the field of transportation and environmental design, interior and spatial design and cultural heritage design.

His studies focus on the concept and perception of space in the relationship between design and the arts.

He teaches Interior Design and Arts and Languages of the Present at the School of Design. Since 1998 he has been a faculty member of several PhD programmes and is a former Director the PhD programme in Design. He is in charge of the joint Politecnico di Milano and Tsinghua University, Beijing degree program in Design. He has lectured on M.A. and PhD Courses in Italy and abroad.

Design and architecture exhibition curator, he has acted as consultant to the National Museum of Architecture in Ferrara, Italy (2000-2006), and has taken part in national and international architecture competitions.

Author of books, essays, and papers presented in national and international conferences. His current scientific production is focused on investigating the notion of design, and on design research methodologies.

Alba Cappellieri 教授

Alba Cappellieri，意大利米兰理工大学设计学院全职教授，该学院珠宝及配饰设计课程负责人，米兰时装学院时尚配饰研究生项目、品牌与产品管理研究生项目主任。从2014年起，Cappellieri成为维琴察·帕拉迪奥大教堂珠宝博物馆的创始人兼馆长，并在位于巴黎的梵克雅宝珠宝及腕表学院和位于米兰的柯罗尼艺术手工艺基金会担任董事。

Alba Cappellieri is full professor at the School of Design of the Politecnico of Milan where she is the Head of the Jewellery and Accessories Design Courses, she is the Director ofthe Master in Fashion Accessories and the director of the Master in Brand&Product Management at the Milano Fashion Institute. From 2014 she is the founder and the director of the Museum of Jewellery at the Vicenza Palladian Basilica and she is in the Board of the Ecole Van Cleef&Arpels in Paris and of the Fondazione Cologni in Milan.

Her fields of interest are focused on jewellery and accessory design and her researches are now dealing with the relationship between creativity and innovation for jewellery. She writes for international design magazines and combines didactical and research activities for the preminent jewellery brands and companies. She has curated several international exhibitions on Jewellery design as the last one at the Royal Palace in Milan "Van Cleef&Arpels: Time Nature Love" (2019-2020) She has written several books on jewellery including the seminal "Jewellery: from Art Nouveau to 3D Printing." (Skira 2018)。

Giovanni Pungetti

Giovanni Pungetti defines himself as an "executive with 3D seniority". After his university studies in Bologna with a specialization in finance, and his first administrative job inGeneral Motors, he decides to return to study by attending an MBA at the University of Turin. He then joins Unilever, where he spends 8 years in mtkg and sales departments, learning the competitive laws of the consumer goods market. The leap into the world of fashion happens almost by chance, but it quickly becomes a passion rather than a job that will accompany him for over 25 years. His career in fashion has a multidimensional, multifunctional and multicultural path, managing as CEO (with local and global responsibilities) different brands in different countries (France, Holland, UK, Japan, China, HK), in different market segments (casual, contemporary and luxury).

Brand and business strategist and developer, multitasking, specialist in change management, in the years spent in luxury fashion houses such asMaison MargielaandViktor&Rolf, he has become an expert in working alongside great chief designers (such as Martin Margiela, the duo Viktor and Rolf, andJohn Galliano) and in the discovery of young creative talents with high potential (such as Demna Gvasalia, Nadege Vanhee).
